My story

I was born in Chiniot, a small town in Pakistan, where I spent the first 16 years of my life studying at a local English-medium school. Later, our family moved to Lahore, where I completed my matriculation and intermediate education. Eventually, I landed in Islamabad to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

But truthfully? I wasn’t very driven back then.

By the time I graduated, I had no real sense of direction—no passion, no plan. Yet I knew one thing for sure: I didn’t want a low-paying, time-bound, physically draining job. Ironically, that mindset—without purpose or action—became its own kind of trap.

Over the next 10 years, I drifted. I worked jobs, tried business ideas… but nothing truly clicked. I battled seasons of emotional and mental burnout—what I now recognize as a deep, personal depression.

Thankfully, I wasn't alone.

With the unwavering support of my parents, and the wisdom I found through growth leaders online, I began to rebuild. Slowly. Mindfully. And with purpose.

Now, I’m giving back—by investing my time, energy, and skills into the leaders, coaches, and creators who are making real change in others' lives.

Because I know what it’s like to feel lost. And I also know what it takes to rise again—with the right words, message, and mission.
